Paradise Tycoon: Progress Update #2
Over the last week we have been working on UI elements such as a minimap, inventory quick slots, and avatar customization which is our focus on this week’s progress update.
Before players begin their journey, they are prompted with an easy-to-use but very comprehensive avatar customization scene. Players can browse through different sets of hair styles, skin and facial features. We also also added hats, shirts, jackets, belts, pants and shoes to make the appearance of each avatar unique (the possible combinations amounts to millions).
While some of these attributes can be updated later in the game, we want to let the players create a very distinguishable avatar right from the beginning. Players can also see how their selected features appear during different avatar animations, and rotate the character to see it from every angle.
We captured a short gameplay video of the customization scene to show a tiny part of the already available options. What kind of styles or clothes would you like to see in our selection? Let us know on our Twitter, Discord or Telegram groups.
We have also updated the Paradise Tycoon website. The new site now includes three new sections:
- Training Camp, a forthcoming staking feature where holders of Worker NFTs can level up the workers without actively playing or while waiting for the launch.
- Marketplace, a roadmap to our future NFT sales, later to be replaced with the actual marketplace.
- Paradise FM, your №.1 Hit NFT Music station in Paradise Tycoon.
